Cut-offs

Cut-offs are appearing everywhere these days, and with the heat (no sun still) just hot humidity it makes sense. They are the casual way to keep cool and can be dressed up or down. For me I think they look best plain and simple. I'd say with a plain white or black tee and then glammed up with a belt or big jewelry, and some cute sandals. I do however love the rocker chic look the vest gives off (Nicky Hilton) or a cute Motorcycle Jacket (Amanda Bynes). The acid wash with the torn bottoms and pockets peeking out of the bottom's are my fav.♥

Organic Chemistry

Cameron Diaz owns the cover of the June issue of Vogue. She is so natural and she happens to be extremely Eco-friendly. All the clothes used in this spread were organic. In the article she is interviewed while driving around L.A in her Toyota Prius and opts to talk about her new movie "My Sisters Keeper" out this month (can't wait to see it!!) and her favorite things like camping with family, and hanging out in the old downtown part of Palm Springs instead of the ritzy parts of L.A. She's more than a triple threat...she's beautiful, funny, smart, AND actually cares about the world and prefers going green. She is photographed in Phillip Lim and Stella McCartney duds which happen to be made in whats known as an "environmentally sensitive manner." Love her!

Must Have!

As far as I'm concerned Kim Kardashian is always on top of her game when it comes to putting together some amazing outfits. These were taken at the airport on her way back from Monaco and I have to say I think this outift is hot. Lately I love the messy look. Ripped jeans with a tee is pretty ordinary but once the black blazer and Balenciaga bag get thrown into the mix the outfit comes together and somehow it all makes sense. Along with the blazer I'm loving those sunglasses she's wearing and am trying to find out who makes them....my search continues!

My idea of easter outfits...

Happy Easter! The sun is shining bright today, and I'm reminded that yes it is April 12th, and the heat is still on in our house because it is STILL quite brisk outside for an April day!! I can't complain though, as long as the sun is shining! =) So here are a few outfits I came across doing my {dream browsing} on Neimanmarcus.com.

The top is a DVF sequin jacket, I believe first seen on an episode of The City as this was the pattern worn on Jessica Alba for her ELLE photo shoot. I love the flower print and the hot pink underneath with white pants. I've been seeing a lot of white pants recently which bothers me simply because they are not the easiest/ best color to wear for figure flattering, BUT they do look great paired with a bright top and some stunning heels!

The dress in the middle is a Roberto Cavalli (Hey what can I say, I'm a dreamer!!!). Once again love the colors and the print on the dress. I was actually able to pick up something similar to that pattern in a flowy top version from express, and for only $29.99. I love that store!

The bottom is what I believe is classic chic. It's by Elizabeth and James and although they are somewhat pricey, I'm pretty sure their stuff occasionally goes on sale. I love finding an expensive look, becoming obsessed, then doing the ultimate hunt to find a cheaper version of it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE black, I don't care what anyone says, and this is something I would def. wear spring/summer regardless! The sleeveless blazer is obviously what pulls this whole look together, but I just really love that its so feminine yet tough at the same time. Not to mention, leggings leggings, leggings = Luv.
