Here's a little something for you to dream about tonight...
I felt a Nicholas Kirkward post was way overdue. Ever since I first discovered the designers footwear (or works of art), I became completely in awe and infatuated with literally ALL of his designs. I first came to know of him when Kiristen Dunst wore a pair of his peep toe booties to this years CFDA awards. Since then, these miniature sculpted dreams have been seen on the likes of the Olsen's, Diane Kruger and Rihanna. Each shoe has it's own unique story to tell along with a decadent "art-deco" feel. From the sculpted platforms to the lavish detail (note the pearls lining the front of the last pair), I simply cannot get enough of this designer and I want more! These are the shoes that outfits are literally built around! They also work with the most simple of looks, as well as over the top evening pieces. They have not only a Wow factor but look like the type of shoes that would instantly make you feel sexy and confidant within seconds of slipping them on. This is what dreams are made of...
